For example, we have helped a start-up telecommunication business to create a platform linking with the big telco players to provide roaming SIM services to their customers. While such a platform already exists in the market, they cost 5 times more. We also added an AI Chatbot to save the customer from having to engage a call centre service. In addition, valuable insights can be obtained from the statistics from users who engaged the Chatbot.
